FIRST DAY: MARRAKECH- AIT BENHADOU- OUARZAZATE- BOUMALNE DADES.
The 3 day tour to the Sahara desert starts with an early pick up from your accommodation in Marrakech. To drive through the enchanting High Atlas Mountains across the Tizi’n Tichka pass ( 2260 m ). There where we will have stops for breathtaking panoramic views.
After that, we will continue the drive to reach the World UNESCO Heritage Site of Ait Benhadou Kasbah for the visit. The Kasbah is used as a location for several films and TV shows, including “Gladiator” and “Game of Thrones”. Then we will cross Ouarzazate and the Rose Valley to Finally reach Boumalne Dades where you will spend the night.
SECOND DAY: BOUMALNE DADES – TODRA CANYON – TINJDAD – MERZOUGA DESERT – CAMEL RIDE.
On this second day of 3 day desert tour from Marrakech. We will continue the drive through the Dades valley to enjoy the amazing landscape. After that, we will across Tinghir city to visit the grand canyon of Todra. Which is another spectacular point. After that, we will have free time for lunch Tinjdad.
After lunch we will back to the car to continue the drive. In the afternoon we reach the Sahara desert. Where you will switch to camels and cross the sand dunes, with a stop in the middle of nowhere. To enjoy the sunset from the sand dune top. Finally, you will reach your luxury camp for the night.
THIRD DAY: MERZOUGA – DRAA VALLEY – AGDEZ – MARRAKECH.
Special morning to watch the beautiful sunrise near the camp. And after breakfast, you will return back to the car for the journey back to Marrakech along the Draa valley all the way to Ouarzazate; then we cross the Atlas Mountains to finally reach Marrakech and drop off at your accommodation. The end of the 3-day trip.
